Hanging My Problem on My Lantern
Jacob Soboroff

This essay addresses my concern of not being able to contact the third person highlighted in The Magnificent Seven…My Dream Team. This essay deals with hanging my problem of not being able to contract Jacob Soboroff on my lantern…sometimes called my webpage. There are a couple of people from my dream team that I have already contacted. For example, Sandy, my web administrator, will be returning with me to Myanmar along with 1250 laptops for two schools in Taunggyi, Myanmar where my three granddaughters attend.

Nonetheless, I have failed in contacting Jacob Soboroff, but it wasn’t for not trying. I called and wrote to NBC in Los Angeles, which is his home base. The closest that I got to speaking with him was being given his program director’s email address but was told by someone on the staff that he wouldn’t be interested. Well, if I could talk directly to Jacob Soboroff, I’d bet money that he would jump at the opportunity.

You can’t see the door to the kitchen where I was trained, but it is to the left of the piano Sam is playing.

Additionally, after a half dozen years failing to contact Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, I believe that returning with 1250 laptops for the two schools that my granddaughters attend that I will be able to sit down with the Lady for more than a mere interview. I can’t go into any details; however, I would share every detail with Soboroff. He would be there while I discuss my ideas with Aung San Suu Kyi. In the meantime, the general idea would involve helping her and the people of Myanmar.

Therefore, I need someone who might know someone who might let you know how to contact him. If you are the first to contact Jacob Soboroff and have him email or call me, I will return your effort with a dinner that I prepare for you and your significant other at my place in Crown Point, IN. In my previous essay about Rod Stewart and Clarence Page, I mentioned that I am an experienced chef. I spent some time studying under the chef at Rick's Café in Casablanca.

After my special meal, I will interview you for my website and also give you a large Himalayan Salt Lamp. That is my promise to you if you are the first person to get Jacob Soboroff to contact me. Nevertheless, you will receive the gratitude of 1250 students who will have laptops and will be able to use the Internet to further their educational experience while attending school in Taunggyi, Myanmar.

Finally, at the end of my GoFundMe request of a half million dollars, I made three requests. I would also like you to consider all three of these items.

1. I am asking you to contribute to my dream of raising $500,000.

2. My next request is for you to send this link to your friends and ask them to send it to their friends…

3. My final request is to return with me to Myanmar during winter break in 2019…less than a year from now. You will see where your money is being sent. Additionally, you might discover a part of your family living in Myanmar. My discovery changed my life. It was my one moment in time, and it can be yours also.

I hope you are successful in contacting Jacob Soboroff. Bobby Kennedy said, “Hang a lantern on your problems.” I’m hanging my problems on my lantern, and you might be able to help. Thank you in advance.
